Not so bad
It seems that people who have just left the walls of the university will have a long and difficult search for their first job. In fact, the chances of successful employment without work experience are much greater than it seems. The well-known portal Superjob.ru conducted a study, the results of which were the following data: 66% of medium-sized companies and 85% of large companies are ready to hire a specialist without experience. They are quite loyal to successful graduates, however, they go through a more thorough and lengthy selection process than people with serious work experience.

How crowdsourcing came about
The term “crowdsourcing” was coined by Jeff Howe, who coined it in 2006. Then he, together with the publisher Mark Robinson, published an article in which he described the principle of crowdsourcing and gave examples. In this article, crowdsourcing was compared to outsourcing to a greater extent, and emphasis was placed on their differences: outsourcing is based on the implementation of certain tasks by specialists for a monetary reward, and crowdsourcing involves the performance of work mainly by amateurs and without any kind of monetary payment (or purely symbolic).
